Before we meet
You briefly describe the situation and the change you want. We check suitability and agree on a focus. We can discuss it in writing or have a short call.
Work & performance
Work with emotional and bodily responses that interfere with difficult conversations, important decisions, leadership, and progress in your career or business.
These are examples of reactions we can work with in a focused hypnosis session. We choose one response; the wider life situation may need additional support.
Session formats and fees →“I know what I want to say. Then my voice tightens, tears appear, and I cannot finish.”
We focus on the response that interrupts the conversation: when it starts, what you anticipate, and what you want to be able to say. We also consider the actual relationship and whether the situation calls for a practical change.
“I outgrew this role a long time ago. Every month, I find another reason to stay.”
We look at what is holding you back: a real risk, an unclear plan, fear of losing stability, or having to prove yourself again.
“I can do the work. Asking for more money or putting myself forward feels almost impossible.”
When self-presentation feels like bragging or risking exposure, your abilities can remain invisible. We work with that reaction and prepare a specific conversation.
“I know my subject until I am sitting in front of someone whose opinion matters.”
We can focus on a particular event: what you expect, where you lose your footing, and how your body responds. Then we rehearse the situation with steadier attention.
“In Russian, I am a competent adult. In English, I feel smaller.”
We can work in both languages, separating a language gap from fear of mistakes, an accent, or being judged. This work addresses confidence in communication; it does not replace language practice.
“I know exactly what I need to do. I do almost anything else.”
Procrastination can be a way of avoiding judgment, overload, or an internal conflict. We look at the task, what happens just before you begin, and where progress stops.
“I have the experience. After time away, it feels as though my place is gone.”
A move, parenting, or a long break can unsettle professional confidence. We separate the practical requirements of returning from the feelings that make it hard to begin.
“The opportunity is there. The higher the stakes, the more I want to hide.”
Raising a fee, launching a project, negotiating, or taking on responsibility can bring up fear of rejection and questions of self-worth. We identify a concrete step and prepare for it.
Productivity advice has limited value when the task itself brings up fear, shame, or internal resistance. At the same time, a missing skill or an unrealistic workload needs a practical response. We start by finding out what is actually getting in your way.
Where hypnosis may fit →These are possible goals. We agree on your task and signs of progress individually.
You briefly describe the situation and the change you want. We check suitability and agree on a focus. We can discuss it in writing or have a short call.
We identify the specific reaction and use hypnosis to work with the feelings, sensations, and underlying emotional pattern connected to it.
We return to the situation and assess what has changed. We discuss what to notice in everyday life and whether any further work would be useful.

Sebastian Kristof
I combine medical training, behavioral science, software and systems thinking, and advanced hypnosis training. My style is analytical and focused on what keeps a particular reaction in place.
I do not push advice or offer motivational cheerleading. I help you use your own knowledge and resources, without requiring you to explain more than is necessary for the work.

The main focus is on emotional reactions and internal conflicts that interfere with action. Practical analysis is part of the work; job placement and professional training are not.
Yes. Tell me what is coming up and when. We will discuss whether a focused session is suitable for a specific reaction ahead of that event.
No. Income depends on the market, skills, decisions, and circumstances. We can work on how you make decisions and act in situations that matter to you.
