Between the conscious and subconscious mind lies what cognitive researchers call the critical factor — a protective barrier that filters and rejects information that contradicts existing beliefs and patterns.

This is why affirmations, positive thinking, and willpower alone rarely create lasting change. The critical factor blocks them from reaching the subconscious where the real programming lives.

Hypnosis temporarily and safely bypasses this critical factor, allowing direct access to the subconscious programs.

Entering the Hypnotic State

Session 1: You'll learn to enter a focused hypnotic state and feel comfortable in it. Some people experience significant breakthroughs right away.

Step 3

Exploring the Roots

Sessions 2 and 3: Through age regression (revisiting key memories), we'll explore your past to find the roots of patterns that no longer serve you.

Step 4

Restructuring

Sessions 4 and 5: Using parts therapy (resolving inner conflicts between different aspects of yourself), we'll integrate what you discovered and restructure the inner landscape to help you function at your top efficiency.

Step 5

Deepening & Clearing Residuals

1–2 extra sessions if indicated, to clear up residual issues or address anything that arises as you encounter the world in this new state. Additional exploration and hypnotic techniques may be used depending on your requests and feelings at that time.
